About the trainer

Ana Maria Maia Gonçalves has more than 35 years of experience as a business leader in global organizations, educator, mediator and executive coach MCC at ICF. She is the co-founder of ICFML, a visiting professor at the Catholic University of Porto and co-chair of the IMI ODR Taskforce. Ana is fellow of NCTDR – University of Massachusetts, mediator of the Global Mediation Panel of the Office of the Ombudsman for UN Funds and Programmes and founder of the Alliance of Mediators for Universal Disclosure – UDPM. Ana is a certified mediator ADRg, IMI and Master ICFML.
