Alberto Quattrocolo is Me.Dia.Re director and head of the didactic since 2003, he is also a professor in Me.Dia.Re trainings and Master degree; his teaching topics are family mediation, mediation in organizations, penal mediation and healthcare conflict management. He works as a supervisor and consultant on conflict prevention and management in profit and non-profit organizations. Moreover, he works as advisor and consultant on the topics of mediation and de-escalation of conflicts and prevention of aggression against healthcare, social, educational, and law enforcement professionals. He authored and co-authored books on conflict mediation, family mediation, victimology, and conflicts mediation between doctors and patients. On behalf of Me.Dia.Re., he is a professor in ‘Mediation Techniques’ at the Sigmund Freud University in Milan (Italy). Alberto Quattrocolo also lectured in several University Masters in Family Mediation and Social and Penal Mediation. He is a Certified Family Mediator (NT UNI 11644/2016) and a Professional Supervisor of the Italian Association of Family Mediators (A.I.Me.F.).
