About the trainer

Andrea Hartmann-Piraudeau is an international mediator (IMI certified) and trainer. She is an expert in international consultancy and coaching and focuses on business mediation, organizational development, negotiation, coach and communication consultant. She holds a Masters Degree in Communication and Media Studies, Sociology and Linguistics and completed a Master of Mediation, jur. Faculty, Fernuni Hagen and a Doctorate at the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences at the University of Hohenheim. Her research covers mechanisms of action in mediation and negotiation. She worked several years in the management of national and international units.
